Is Russian President, Vladimir Putin, really celebrating hacked U.S election? – The CIA says it has evidence that Russia tried to help Trump win the US election. Shortly before the election as well as during the election, WikiLeaks regularly published hacked documents that were very damaging to Hillary Clinton who was the democratic presidential candidate.
The New York Times reports that the Obama administration has formally accused the Russian government of stealing and disclosing emails from the Democratic National Committee and a range of other institutions and prominent individuals, immediately raising the issue of whether President Obama would seek sanctions or other retaliation.
The hacked emails were posted on the well-known WikiLeaks site and two newer sites, DCLeaks.com and Guccifer 2.0, identified as being associated with Russian intelligence. Meanwhile, intelligence officials believe they have identified individuals with connections to the Russian government who allegedly gave WikiLeaks thousands of hacked emails and other documents.

According to Washington Post, The denunciation, made by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the Department of Homeland Security, came as pressure was growing from within the administration and some lawmakers to publicly name Moscow and hold it accountable for actions apparently aimed at sowing discord around the election.
Meanwhile, President Barack Obama has ordered a full investigation into the issue and Hillary Clinton and her campaign team have applied for keystates election to be recounted.
